Filter Cart: Inline Separation + Recirculation

Available separately, the MB Stainless Filter Cart integrates directly with the system to dramatically speed up filtration and improve water reuse.

• Vibratory Pre-Filter: A speed-controlled vibratory auto filter removes residual biomass upstream of the micron bags.  Allows water to bypass the bag systems, allowing the bags to collect more rosin before needing to scrape. 
  

• Instant Recycle: The majority of wash water is instantly recycled back into the wash vessel, dramatically reducing water demand.

Designed for use with the MB Solventless ColdWash System, the Solventless ColdWash Filter Cart collects wash exiting the extraction system where it is processed using a speed-controlled vibrating filter that removes any vegetal matter that made it through the system's slotted stainless screen. From there, it drops into a series of mesh filter bags that can remove product at various micron ratings chosen by the user. Wash water is collected below the mesh bags and can be recycled back into the processing tank via a whirlpool port to potentially increase efficiency, recollected in the storage tank at any time, or pumped into the drain.
