Designed for use with MB Botanical Extraction Systems, the Solventless Cold Water Filter Cart collects wash exiting the extraction system where it is processed using a speed-controlled vibrating filter that removes any vegetal matter that made it through the system's slotted stainless screen. From there, it drops into a series of mesh filter bags that can remove product at various micron ratings chosen by the user. Wash water is collected below the mesh bags and can be recycled back into the processing tank via a whirlpool port to potentially increase efficiency, recollected in the storage tank at any time, or pumped into the drain.
