The MB Stainless Solventless ColdWash System is a commercial-grade platform for trichome separation, engineered using proven stainless processing principles from the brewing and food industries.

The True 35°F Advantage

Consistency is paramount for melt quality.  Both the wash vessel and integrated cold-water storage tank are fully insulated and glycol-jacketed, including hard-piped process lines. This eliminates fluctuating temperatures and allows true 35°F operation without ice, maintaining optimal, consistent cold-room conditions for top-tier solventless extraction, wash after wash.

Gentle Dual-Impeller Extraction & Recirculation

The system features a low-shear dual-impeller agitation system designed specifically to protect trichome heads, preventing streaking or smearing.

• Fully Adjustable Control: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) controls allow for fully adjustable speed and direction, giving the operator control to optimize care for each specific strain.

• Scalable: The adjustable agitation height supports smaller R&D batches while allowing operators to scale production over time.

Filter Cart: Inline Separation + Recirculation

The mobile MB Stainless Filter Cart integrates directly with the system to dramatically speed up filtration and improve water reuse.

• Vibratory Pre-Filter: A speed-controlled vibratory auto filter removes residual biomass upstream of the micron bags.  Allows water to bypass the bag systems, allowing the bags to collect more rosin before needing to scrape.  

• Instant Recycle: The majority of wash water is instantly recycled back into the wash vessel, dramatically reducing water demand.

• Precision Collection: Uses industry-standard sized micron wash bags.

• Ultra-Cold Rinse: A dedicated cold water reserve tank and wash wand ensure final rinsing is performed using the coldest water in the system.
