Our heavy-duty Jacketed Conical Fermenters are purpose-built for longevity, quality, and cost-effectiveness and boast a hefty list of quality features to facilitate the brewing process. Starting with High Quality 304 grade stainless steel, the tank features a 2 mm thick single shell design. A large 10" T.C. dome top port allows easy access for cleaning and sanitizing, and a 1.5" T.C. port provides an attachment of a CIP spray ball. Valuable features such as Blow-off Pipe, Hop Ports, and Rotating Racking Arms keep you brewing and fermenting at top efficiency. It also features a sealed pressure gauge and plunger-style sample port to protect against infection.

MB professional brewing equipment is designed by our in-house team of R&D designers. Brewhouse design is led by Colin Kaminski, a product designer who became a brewmaster for 15 years and combined both skills into brewing equipment design. Cleanability, ease of use, and durability are our primary design criteria. Large-scale equipment is manufactured internationally, while our in-house metal shop gives us the unique ability to perform R&D and fabricate as needed. Quality control is executed at our factory and upon receipt in our warehouses.
